How is this different from hiring a consultant?+
A traditional consultant sells slides and a recommendation. We sell access to the same operators who would have built the activation for you, packaged into hours, a workshop, or a written brief. Your team leaves with a usable plan, not a 60-page PDF that ends in 'next steps to be defined.' If the engagement reveals that strategy hours alone won't close the gap, we say so on the spot and you decide whether to pivot to a build engagement or take the brief in-house.
Can you join our standup?+
Yes, on the embedded-advisor seat. One day a week or one day a month, you get a named operator who joins your weekly marketing standup, reviews the work in flight, unblocks the team on the call, and follows up async between sessions. Not a Slack lurker, an actual decision-maker who shows up on camera and owns the questions you bring to the meeting.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes. Standard mutual NDA before any diagnostic call where you would share customer data, pricing, or unreleased product detail. We have a template ready, or we'll sign yours. Workshops and strategy hours operate under the same NDA. We are not in the case-study-or-die business, so if you don't want your name on our site, that is fine.
What if we need you to actually build it?+
Then the conversation rolls into a build engagement and the consultancy fee credits forward. The strategy brief we wrote becomes the build spec. Same operators, same understanding of your stack, no re-onboarding. Many of our build engagements start as strategy hours and graduate when the team realizes they want execution muscle on top of the plan.
How do you scope a workshop?+
A 30-minute intake call to lock the question your team wants answered. We then prep against your real artifacts: pipeline data, last quarter's campaigns, the funnel diagram on the whiteboard. The session runs half-day for one team, full-day if cross-functional. You leave with a documented decision, not a vibe. Pricing is flat per session, not hourly, so the prep we do upstream doesn't bill you twice.
Why audit first?+
Because the question your team thinks they need answered often isn't the real bottleneck. The Activation Audit is 99 dollars and gives us a layer-by-layer read on your full stack before we sell you hours. Sometimes the audit reveals that what you actually need is a build engagement, not a workshop. Sometimes it reveals that one specific layer needs a brief and the rest is fine. Either way you spend 99 dollars instead of guessing.
