WeActive8 LLC (“WeActive8”, “we”, “us”) operates an SMS messaging program for its existing customers. We send SMS only to individuals who have provided their mobile number and given explicit, affirmative consent. We never purchase phone numbers and never message people who have not opted in.
1. How you opt in
Opt-in is web-based. On our contact form at weactive8.com/contact, you enter your name, email, and mobile phone number, and you must tick a consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Consent is never pre-checked and is not a condition of purchase. The exact checkbox shown on the form reads:
We store the opt-in source, the timestamp, and the exact consent text shown, as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 3). Customers who purchase a subscription or service and provide a mobile number also consent to service-related (transactional) SMS, as described in our Terms of Service (Section 5).
2. What messages we send
- Account notifications (sign-in, security, and account changes).
- Subscription and service updates (provisioning, renewals, billing, status, maintenance).
- Support replies to inquiries you start with us.
- Occasional service-related confirmations and reminders.
Messages go only to existing WeActive8 customers who have opted in. We do not send marketing or promotional messages to people who have not explicitly consented.
3. Frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
4. Opt out & help
To opt out: reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. For help: reply HELP, or email hello@weactive8.com.
5. Privacy of your number
WeActive8 does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile information (phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or message content) to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
